The customer acknowledges that any product provided by FIRSTYPE is of custom design and therefore, there is no return on any item.

If there is any quality problem in our goods, just send an email to support@FIRSTYPE.com and provide pictures of the product problem, then we will check it. If the quality problem is indeed caused by FIRSTYPE, we will make refund for you.The refund will be returned to your original payment account within 15 working days.
